Greek mini pizzas
  • 335 gram (30cm) ready-made pizza base
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup (80g) halved seeded kalamata olives
  • 150 gram drained bottled chargrilled red capsicum
  • 70 gram feta cheese, crumbled
  • 24 small basil leaves

    Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced).

    Using 4.5cm-round cutter, cut rounds from pizza base.
  • 3
    Place rounds on oven trays. Divide paste evenly over rounds; top with olives, capsicum and cheese. Bake, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until pizzas are heated through. Top with basil.
