  • 200 gram (6½ ounces) feta cheese
  • 275 gram (9 ounces) baby truss tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon rigani

    Preheat griller (broiler).

    Place cheese and tomatoes on oven tray. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with rigani. Season with pepper.
