Grilled feta and baby truss tomatoes
- 200 gram (6½ ounces) feta cheese
- 275 gram (9 ounces) baby truss tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon rigani
Method
Grilled feta and baby truss tomatoes

1Preheat griller (broiler).

2Place cheese and tomatoes on oven tray. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with rigani. Season with pepper.

3Place cheese and tomatoes under grill about 8 minutes or until cheese is browned lightly.
