Grilled nectarines with almond cream
- 4 nectarines, halved, stones removed
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon marsala
- 1/4 cup (35g) slivered almonds, toasted, plus extra to serve
- 1/2 cup (120g) thick cream
Method
Grilled nectarines with almond cream

1Place nectarine halves in a shallow heatproof dish, cut-side up. Top with combined sugar and marsala. Cook under a preheated grill for 10-12 minutes until bubbling and golden.

2Meanwhile, fold almonds through cream. Serve nectarine halves hot or at room temperature topped with a dollop of almond cream and scattered with extra almonds.
