  • 1 kilogram potatoes
  • 4 turkey steaks (800g)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Green olive and tomato relish
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 red onion (100g), chopped finely
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 green tomatoes (440g), chopped finely
  • 2 cup (240g) seeded green olives, chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon drained capers, rinsed, chopped finely
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

    Make green olive and tomato relish. Heat oil in medium saucepan; cook onion and garlic, stirring, until onion softens. Add tomato, olives, sugar and vinegar; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in capers and parsley.

    Meanwhile, cut potatoes into 1cm slices; cook in heated oiled grill pan, uncovered, until tender.

    Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper; cook in same grill pan until cooked through. Serve with potato and relish.
