Ingredients
Honey and garlic lamb
- 1/2 cup (125ml) red wine
- 1/4 cup (60ml) honey
- 1/4 cup (60ml) worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- 4 clove garlic, crushed
- 600克兰姆背带或腰
- mixed salad leaves, to serve
Method
Honey and garlic lamb

1Combine wine, honey, worcestershire sauce, mint and garlic in a bowl. Place lamb in a dish and pour marinade over. Toss to coat. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill for 3 hours or overnight.

2Cook lamb on a preheated barbecue plate or char-grill for 10 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Cover and rest in a warm place for 10 minutes, then slice and serve with salad leaves.
