Honey soy drumsticks
- 16 chicken drumsticks
- 1 lemon, finely grated rind, juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
Method

1Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C.

2Using a sharp knife, cut 3 slits across each drumstick.

3In a medium bowl, combine drumsticks with remaining ingredients; toss to coat.

4Place chicken on a wire rack over a baking tray. Bake 45-50 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
