Ingredients
Hot beef nacho dip
- 8 mexican tortillas
- 油,刷
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon morrocan spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 250 gram minced beef
- 250 gram cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves, plus extra to serve
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- tabasco sauce, lime wedges, to serve
Method
Hot beef nacho dip

1To make tortilla chips, brush tortillas with a little oil, cut into wedges, arrange on an oven tray and bake in a moderate oven, 180°C, 5-10 minutes.

2Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Sauté onion, garlic, Moroccan spice and cumin 2-3 minutes.

3Add mince, brown well, 4-5 minutes, breaking up lumps as it cooks. Cool slightly.

4Combine beef with cream cheese, sour cream, coriander and lime juice. Mix well. Serve topped with coriander leaves and a drizzle of Tabasco. Accompany with tortilla chips and lime wedges.
