Hot beef nacho dip
  • 8 mexican tortillas
  • 油,刷
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon morrocan spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 250 gram minced beef
  • 250 gram cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves, plus extra to serve
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • tabasco sauce, lime wedges, to serve

Method

Hot beef nacho dip
  • 1
    To make tortilla chips, brush tortillas with a little oil, cut into wedges, arrange on an oven tray and bake in a moderate oven, 180°C, 5-10 minutes.

    Heat oil in a large frying pan on high. Sauté onion, garlic, Moroccan spice and cumin 2-3 minutes.

    Add mince, brown well, 4-5 minutes, breaking up lumps as it cooks. Cool slightly.

    Combine beef with cream cheese, sour cream, coriander and lime juice. Mix well. Serve topped with coriander leaves and a drizzle of Tabasco. Accompany with tortilla chips and lime wedges.
