Ingredients

Icy fruit kebabs
  • 1.5 kilogram mixed fruit, cut into 2.5cm pieces
  • 1 cup low-fat passionfruit yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

Method

Icy fruit kebabs

    Thread fruit onto eight skewers; place onto baking-paper-lined tray. Cover with foil, freeze 20 minutes.

    In a small bowl, combine yoghurt, rind and juice.

    Serve kebabs with yoghurt mixture.

Notes

We used watermelon, mandarins, kiwifruit, mango and strawberries. Use any combination you like.
