Ingredients
Icy fruit kebabs
- 1.5 kilogram mixed fruit, cut into 2.5cm pieces
- 1 cup low-fat passionfruit yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange zest
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
Method
Icy fruit kebabs

1Thread fruit onto eight skewers; place onto baking-paper-lined tray. Cover with foil, freeze 20 minutes.

2In a small bowl, combine yoghurt, rind and juice.

3Serve kebabs with yoghurt mixture.
Notes
We used watermelon, mandarins, kiwifruit, mango and strawberries. Use any combination you like.
