Ingredients
Jarlsberg and ham melt
- 4 sandwich-sized pieces turkish bread, split
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 8 slices jarlsberg cheese
- 100 gram shaved ham
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 50 gram baby spinach leaves
- freshly ground black pepper
Method
Jarlsberg and ham melt

1Preheat a sandwich toaster or grill.

2Spread 1 half of each portion of turkish bread with mustard, then top with 2 slices cheese and equal amounts of ham, tomato and spinach. Season with pepper to taste.

3Top with remaining bread and cook in sandwich toaster or under grill. Serve hot.
