Ingredients

Jarlsberg and ham melt
  • 4 sandwich-sized pieces turkish bread, split
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 8 slices jarlsberg cheese
  • 100 gram shaved ham
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 50 gram baby spinach leaves
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method

Jarlsberg and ham melt
  • 1
    Preheat a sandwich toaster or grill.
  • 2
    Spread 1 half of each portion of turkish bread with mustard, then top with 2 slices cheese and equal amounts of ham, tomato and spinach. Season with pepper to taste.

    Top with remaining bread and cook in sandwich toaster or under grill. Serve hot.
