Lamb & paprika meatballs
These delicious meatballs are great to freeze – serve with your favourite salad.

Ingredients
- 500 gram lamb mince
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- saltand pepper
- 2.5 tablespoon olive oil
Method
Lamb & paprika meatballs

1Place mince in a bowl and combine with cumin, coriander, garlic, paprika, oregano, lemon rind and juice. Season with salt and pepper.

2Roll mixture into small walnut-size balls.

3Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook meatballs in batches until golden and cooked through. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
