Layered fruit yoghurt terrine
This fruit yoghurt terrine recipe looks impressive, but it secretly incredibly easy to make. All you need is a handful of ingredients and Yoplait's Greek style vanilla yoghurt to create this simply delicious dessert

Ingredients
- 2 x 125g pottles Yoplait Greek style vanilla yoghurt
- 200 gram strawberries
- 200 gram bananas
- 200 gram raspberries
- 200 gram blackberries
- 4 tablespoon sugar or honey
- berries and mini meringues, to serve
Method

1Line a loaf tin with clingfilm.

2In a blender or food processor, blitz the strawberries with ½ a pottle of yoghurt and 1 tbsp sugar or honey. Pour the fruit mixture into the tin and place in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.

3Meanwhile, rinse out the blender or food processor, and blitz the bananas with another 4 tablespoons of yoghurt. Add this layer to the tin and return it to the freezer.

4Repeat with the other two types of fruit and remaining yoghurt.
