Lemonade, lemon and mint ice-block
- 1 1/2 cup lemonade
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
- 1/3 cup (80ml) ice-block moulds
Method
Lemonade, lemon and mint ice-block

1Combine 1½ cups lemonade, 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh mint in medium freezer-proof jug, freeze mixture about 1 hour or until partially frozen. Stir, pour into four ⅓ cup (80ml) ice-block moulds. Freeze overnight until firm.
