Lime satay beef stir-fry

Ingredients
- 300 gram round medallion beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 red onion, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1 red capsicum, deseeded, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1/2 cup (125ml) satay sauce
- 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 4 lebanese cucumbers, halved, deseeded, sliced thinly diagonally
- lime wedges, to serve
Method

1Place beef and oil in a bowl and toss well to combine. Heat a wok on high heat and cook beef in 3 batches for 1-2 minutes, until tender and browned.

2Return all beef to the wok with onion, capsicum, sauce and lime juice. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, until tender.

3Serve on with cucumber with lime wedges, if desired.
