Lychee martinis

Ingredients

Lychee martinis
  • 1 cup (250ml) lychee liqueur
  • 1 1/2 cup (375ml) vodka
  • 8 canned lychees, to serve, plus 1 cup (250ml) lychee juice, reserved
  • 1 cup (250ml) coconut water
  • 3 cup ice cubes

Method

Lychee martinis

    Pour half of lychee liqueur, vodka, lychee juice, coconut water and ice cubes into a large cocktail shaker. Shake for 2 mins, until chilled. Pour into 4 glasses. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

    Place each lychee on a cocktail skewer and place in glasses to serve.
