Macadamia and cranberry slice

Ingredients
- self-raising flour, 1½ cups, sifted
- dried cranberries, 1 cup
- macadamia nuts, chopped, ¾ cup
- butter, 185g, melted
- brown sugar, 1¼ cups
- egg, 1, lightly beaten
- vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon
- icing sugar, to dust
Method

1烤箱预热到适中,180°C。一个稍微涂上油脂d line a 20cm x 30cm slice pan with baking paper.

2In a large bowl, combine flour, cranberries and macadamia nuts. Stir in butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Spoon into pan and smooth surface.

3Bake 20-25 minutes, until cooked when tested. Cool in pan. Dust with icing sugar and cut into squares. Keep sealed in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
Notes
Top with sliced strawberries or any other fruit of your choice.
