Ingredients

Mango and kiwi ice blocks
  • 3 large mangoes, seeds removed, peeled, flesh chopped
  • 1/3 cup sifted icing sugar
  • 4 large kiwi fruit, peeled, chopped

Method

    In a food processor, combine mango with 2 tablespoons icing sugar. Process until smooth. Pour half mango mixture evenly among 8 x 150ml capacity ice block moulds. Freeze 30 minutes.

    In a food processor, combine kiwi fruit with remaining icing sugar. Process until smooth. Divide kiwifruit mixture evenly among moulds. Freeze for a further 30 minutes.

    Top up with remaining mango mixture and freeze 2 hours, or until completely frozen.

Notes

You will need about 900ml mango puree and 400ml kiwi puree.
