Marinated tofu and bok choy stir-fry

Ingredients
Tofu and bok choy stir-fry
- 350 gram firm tofu, drained, cut into 2cm cubes
- 2 teaspoon peanut oil
- 1 large white onion (200g), sliced thinly
- 1 large red capsicum (200g), sliced thinly
- 200 gram snow peas, trimmed
- 1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable stock
- 400克白菜,
- 420 gram thin fresh egg noodles
Marinade
- 1/4 cup (60ml) hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (60ml) oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
Method

1To make marinade: combine ingredients in small bow and mix well.

2把豆腐和马林ade in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. (Can be made 1 day ahead to this stage and refrigerated, covered).

3Heat oil in wok or large frying pan and stir-fry onion and capsicum until tender. Add peas and stock, cook, stirring, until hot.

4Add bok choy, noodles and undrained tofu to wok and stir until hot.
