Ingredients
Melon and berry frappé
- 400 gram seedless watermelon, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 2/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon lime rind, finely grated
- 1 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 12 ice cubes
Method
Melon and berry frappé

1Using a blender, blend watermelon, raspberries, rind, juice and ice for about 2 minutes, or until mixture is smooth.

2Divide into two large glasses. Serve.
Notes
Use any melon and berry combination; just make sure you use the same amounts.
