Ingredients
Mince stir-fry with glass noodles
- 250 gram glass or bean thread vermicelli noodles
- 2 teaspoon peanut oil
- 3 clove garlic, crushed
- 5 green onions (shallots), sliced diagonally
- 400 gram lean beef mince
- 1胡萝卜碎
- 2 tablespoon chilli bean sauce
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup coriander leaves
Method
Mince stir-fry with glass noodles

1Prepare noodles according to packet directions; drain and set aside.

2Meanwhile, heat oil in a wok on high; stir-fry garlic and half green onion 1 minute. Add beef mince; stir-fry 4 minutes, until brown and cooked through. Add carrot, sauces and half of coriander; bring to boil.

3Divide noodles between serving bowls; spoon over beef mixture. Top with remaining green onion and coriander to serve.
