Ingredients
Mini pappadums with yoghurt dip
- 100 gram packet mini pappadums
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 500 gram tub plain yoghurt
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander
Method
Mini pappadums with yoghurt dip

1Cook pappadums according to packet instructions. Set aside.

2Heat a small frying pan on medium. Dry-fry cumin for 1 minute until fragrant.

3Transfer to a small bowl with yoghurt and coriander. Season to taste. Serve with pappadums.
