Mini pappadums with yoghurt dip
  • 100 gram packet mini pappadums
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 500 gram tub plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander

Method

Mini pappadums with yoghurt dip
  • 1
    Cook pappadums according to packet instructions. Set aside.

    Heat a small frying pan on medium. Dry-fry cumin for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • 3
    Transfer to a small bowl with yoghurt and coriander. Season to taste. Serve with pappadums.
