Ingredients
Noodles with garlic chicken
- cooking oil spray
- 2 chicken breast fillets, sliced
- 3 clove garlic, crushed
- 300 gram hokkien noodles, soaked and drained
- 100 gram snow peas, trimmed and halved
- 2 baby bok choy, quartered lengthways
- 6 green onions (shallots), sliced
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup (125ml) teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
Method
Noodles with garlic chicken

1Spray a hot wok with cooking oil. Stir-fry chicken and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add noodles and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

2Toss through snow peas, bok choy, green onions and coriander, then stir-fry for 1 minute. Add sauces and stir-fry for another minute. Serve hot.
