Nut-free muesli
This simple nut-free muesli is great for kids, and ideal for making lunchbox snacks such as muesli bars and muffins with.

Ingredients
Nut-free muesli
- 1 whole-wheat malted breakfast biscuit, crushed
- 1/4 cup (10g) bran flakes
- 1/4 cup (10g) rice bubbles
- 1/2 cup (75g) finely chopped dried fruit of your choice
- 2 teaspoon desiccated coconut
Method
Nut-free muesli

1Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.

2Serve with milk or yoghurt and chopped fresh fruit, if desired.
Notes
We used dried apples, apricots and sultanas in this version but try experimenting with raisins, dried peaches or dates. Use a breakfast biscuit such as Weet-bix or Shredded Wheat. Muesli can be stored in an airtight container, in the fridge, for up to 3 months.
