Ingredients
Papaya and wheatgerm smoothie
- 1/2 ripe red papaya
- 2 tablespoon stabilised wheatgerm
- 1 cup (250ml) non-fat milk
- 1/3 cup (95g) low-fat greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon manuka honey
- handful ice cubes
- lime wedge, to serve
Method
Papaya and wheatgerm smoothie

1Remove the seeds of the papaya with a large spoon. Scoop out the flesh and place into a blender: discard the skin

2Place the remaining ingredients into the blender with the papaya and process until smooth.

3Pour into glasses and serve with a lime wedge.
