  • 1 1/4 cup (310ml) thickened (heavy) cream
  • 2 tablespoon lemon-flavoured spread
  • 50 gram mini pavlova shells, chopped coarsely
  • 4 small bananas (520g), chopped coarsely
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) passionfruit pulp

    Beat cream and spread in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form.

    Layer lemon, cream, pavlova pieces, banana and passionfruit into four serving glasses.

Notes
