Passionfruit & banana crush
- 1 1/4 cup (310ml) thickened (heavy) cream
- 2 tablespoon lemon-flavoured spread
- 50 gram mini pavlova shells, chopped coarsely
- 4 small bananas (520g), chopped coarsely
- 1/2 cup (125ml) passionfruit pulp
Method
Passionfruit & banana crush

1Beat cream and spread in small bowl with electric mixer until soft peaks form.

2Layer lemon, cream, pavlova pieces, banana and passionfruit into four serving glasses.
Notes
是不错的使用只有一个300毫升盒奶油for this recipe. Mini pavlova shells are available from most supermarkets. You need six passionfruit for this recipe.
