  • 3/4 cup bought thick vanilla custard
  • 2 tablespoon passionfruit pulp (see notes)
  • 6 25g sweet shortcrust tartlet cases

Method

Passionfruit tartlets

    Combine custard and passionfruit in a bowl. Spoon custard mixture into cases. Serve.

Notes

Makes 6 You'll need 2 passionfruit for this recipe. You can use canned passionfruit pulp if fresh is unavailable. You'll find tartlet cases in the bakery aisle of the supermarket.
