Ingredients
Pasta with tuna and breadcrumbs
- 6 slice wholemeal bread
- 1 425 gram can tuna in oil
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup chopped oregano
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 400 gram spaghetti
Method
Pasta with tuna and breadcrumbs

1Remove crusts bread and process until finely chopped. Drain tuna. Reserve oil. Heat half oil in a frying pan on medium. Cook breadcrumbs and garlic cloves 3-5 minutes, until golden. Stir in parsley, oregano and lemon rind. Season to taste.

2Cook spaghetti according to directions. Drain. Toss with crumbs, tuna, lemon juice and remaining oil to serve.
