Pear tart with blue cheese and hazelnuts

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Join pastry sheets to make a 20cm x 30cm rectangle. Lay on prepared tray. With a sharp knife, score a 1cm rim around edge of pastry, taking care not to cut all the way through. Prick inside rim with a fork. Arrange pear slices inside rim. Drizzle with maple syrup and scatter with blue cheese and hazelnuts.

Brush outside edge of pastry with egg. Bake for 25 minutes, until pastry is puffed and golden. Serve.
