Pear tart with blue cheese and hazelnuts
-
1Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
-
2Join pastry sheets to make a 20cm x 30cm rectangle. Lay on prepared tray. With a sharp knife, score a 1cm rim around edge of pastry, taking care not to cut all the way through. Prick inside rim with a fork. Arrange pear slices inside rim. Drizzle with maple syrup and scatter with blue cheese and hazelnuts.
-
3Brush outside edge of pastry with egg. Bake for 25 minutes, until pastry is puffed and golden. Serve.
