Prawn & prosciutto salad
If you like Caesar salad and prawn cocktails, you'll appreciate this salad of prawns, egg, prosciutto and crispy bagel croutons - just add cocktail sauce!

Ingredients
Prawn & prosciutto salad
- 2 baby cos lettuce, quartered
- 100 gram sliced prosciutto, torn
- 12 large cooked prawns, peeled, deveined, tails on
- 150 gram packet bagel crisps
- 1/3 cup shaved parmesan
- 4 soft-boiled eggs, halved
- 1/2 cup store-bought cocktail-style sauce
- lemon wedges to serve
Method
Prawn & prosciutto salad

1Arrange lettuce on a large serving platter. Top with prosciutto, prawns, crisps, parmesan and eggs. Season.

2Drizzle with cocktail sauce and accompany with lemon wedges.
Notes
✦ Boil eggs ahead of time. Once cooled, keep in the fridge.
