Ingredients
Raisin cookies
- 150 gram butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2杯切碎的葡萄干
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Method
-
1Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
-
2Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
-
3Beat egg well and add to the creamed mixture a little at a time. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix in.
-
4Add the raisins and chocolate chips. Mix into a firm dough.
-
5Roll mixture into small balls. Place on greased trays, a little apart to allow room for spreading. Press lightly with a fork.
-
6Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
If you find the fork sticks to the dough, coat the fork in a little flour to make it easier to use. Also, biscuits are best placed on wire racks to cool after baking.
