Ingredients

Raisin cookies
  • 150 gram butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2杯切碎的葡萄干
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Method

  • 1
    Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • 2
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • 3
Beat egg well and add to the creamed mixture a little at a time. Sift the flour and baking powder and mix in.
  • 4
Add the raisins and chocolate chips. Mix into a firm dough.
  • 5
Roll mixture into small balls. Place on greased trays, a little apart to allow room for spreading. Press lightly with a fork.
  • 6
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

If you find the fork sticks to the dough, coat the fork in a little flour to make it easier to use. Also, biscuits are best placed on wire racks to cool after baking.
