- 1/4 cup (55g) caster sugar
- 1 1/2 cup (125ml) water
- 2 cup (500m|) vodka
- 2 tablespoon cranberry juice
- 1/2 teaspoon rosewater
- ice cubes
- fresh rose petals, to serve
Method
这马提尼

1Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until dissolved. Remove from heat and cool.

2Place the sugar syrup, vodka, cranberry juice and rosewater into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake well to combine.

3To serve, strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with rose petals.
