Ingredients
Salad tortillas with ricotta celery sticks
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 100 gram mixed salad leaves
- 1胡萝卜碎
- 1/2 green capsicum, seeded, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1/2 bunch chives, finely chopped
- 2 stalks celery, cut into 10cm lengths
Method
Salad tortillas with ricotta celery sticks

1Place tortillas on a bench. Spread mayonnaise over each. Top with salad leaves, carrot, capsicum and tomato. Roll up as tightly as possible. Wrap in plastic wrap and a napkin. Tie with string; pack into lunchbox.

2In a small bowl, combine ricotta and chives. Spread a little ricotta down centre of each piece of celery. Pack tortillas with celery sticks and a piece of fruit.
