Ingredients
Salami, red capsicum and mozzarella pizzas
- 2 x 335g store-bought pizza bases with tomato pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cup (150g) mozzarella cheese, grated coarsely
- 125 gram salami, sliced thinly
- 2 slice roasted red capsicum (85g), sliced thinly
Method
Salami, red capsicum and mozzarella pizzas

1Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F. Oil two oven trays or pizza pans.

2Place pizza bases on trays; top with cheese, salami and capsicum.

3To make noughts and crosses from the salami. Cut the salami into 1.5cm x 5cm strips for the crosses. For the noughts, use a 5cm round cutter to cut circles from the salami, then cut out the centre of the salami using a 2cm round cutter. Cut the capsicum into rounds using the 2cm round cutter.

4Bake about 15 minutes or until pizza bases are crisp.
