Ingredients

Satay pork lettuce cups
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 300 gram pork mince
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch snake beans, finely sliced
  • 125 millilitre (1/2 cup) barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 8 iceberg lettuce leaves, chilled

    Heat oil in a wok on high. Add pork; cook 3-4 minutes, until tender and starting to brown, breaking up lumps with back of a spoon.

    Add onion, capsicum, snake beans, satay sauce and water; stir fry 2-3 minutes, until onion is tender and sauce has reduced.

    Spoon pork mixture evenly into chilled lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.
