Ingredients
Satay pork lettuce cups
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 300 gram pork mince
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 red capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 bunch snake beans, finely sliced
- 125 millilitre (1/2 cup) barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 8 iceberg lettuce leaves, chilled
Method
Satay pork lettuce cups

1Heat oil in a wok on high. Add pork; cook 3-4 minutes, until tender and starting to brown, breaking up lumps with back of a spoon.

2Add onion, capsicum, snake beans, satay sauce and water; stir fry 2-3 minutes, until onion is tender and sauce has reduced.

3Spoon pork mixture evenly into chilled lettuce leaves. Serve immediately.
