Ingredients
Schnitzel burgers
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon apple puree
- cooking oil spray
- 4 cooked crumbed pork schnitzels
- 4 rolls, split lengthways
- 4 slice tasty cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- lettuce leaves, to serve
Method
Schnitzel burgers

1In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and apple puree. Set aside.

2Spray a medium non-stick frying pan with oil; heat on medium. Re-heat pork schnitzel 1-2 minutes each side.

3Lightly toast rolls. Spread a little mayonnaise mixture onto each base. Top with schnitzel, cheese, avocado and lettuce. Place top half of roll on top.
