Ingredients

Schnitzel burgers
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon apple puree
  • cooking oil spray
  • 4 cooked crumbed pork schnitzels
  • 4 rolls, split lengthways
  • 4 slice tasty cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • lettuce leaves, to serve

Method

Schnitzel burgers
  • 1
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and apple puree. Set aside.
  • 2
    Spray a medium non-stick frying pan with oil; heat on medium. Re-heat pork schnitzel 1-2 minutes each side.
  • 3
    Lightly toast rolls. Spread a little mayonnaise mixture onto each base. Top with schnitzel, cheese, avocado and lettuce. Place top half of roll on top.
