Ingredients
Smoked cheese and sopressa pizza
- 2 large pizza bases (770g)
- 1/2 cup (140g) tomato paste
- 90 gram hot sopressa, sliced thinly
- 1 cup (150g) semi-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped coarsely
- 90 gram smoked cheese, flaked
- 45 gram baby rocket (arugula) leaves
Method
Smoked cheese and sopressa pizza

1Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Oil two oven trays.

2Spread bases with tomato paste; top with sopressa and tomato.

3Bake pizzas about 15 minutes. Just before serving, top with cheese.
Notes
We used large (25cm diameter) packaged pizza bases for this recipe.
