Ingredients

Smoked cheese and sopressa pizza
  • 2 large pizza bases (770g)
  • 1/2 cup (140g) tomato paste
  • 90 gram hot sopressa, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup (150g) semi-dried tomatoes, drained, chopped coarsely
  • 90 gram smoked cheese, flaked
  • 45 gram baby rocket (arugula) leaves

Method

Smoked cheese and sopressa pizza

    Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Oil two oven trays.

    Spread bases with tomato paste; top with sopressa and tomato.
  • 3
    Bake pizzas about 15 minutes. Just before serving, top with cheese.

Notes

We used large (25cm diameter) packaged pizza bases for this recipe.
