Ingredients
Soft cheesy polenta
- 2 1/3 cup water
- 2 1/3 cups milk
- 1 cup polenta to liquid
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 30 gram butter
Method
Soft cheesy polenta

1Combine water and milk in large saucepan, bring to the boil. Gradually add 1 cup polenta to liquid, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, simmer, stirring, about 10 minutes or until polenta thickens. Stir in parmesan cheese and butter.
