Soft cheesy polenta

Ingredients

Soft cheesy polenta
  • 2 1/3 cup water
  • 2 1/3 cups milk
  • 1 cup polenta to liquid
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 30 gram butter

Method

  • 1
    Combine water and milk in large saucepan, bring to the boil. Gradually add 1 cup polenta to liquid, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, simmer, stirring, about 10 minutes or until polenta thickens. Stir in parmesan cheese and butter.
