Ingredients

Spiced pumpkin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom pods
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 gram butter, melted
  • 1/2 medium-sized jap pumpkin, skin on, seeded, chopped

Method

Spiced pumpkin

    Preheat oven to 220°C. Heat a frying pan on medium and dry roast spices for 1 minute, stirring.

    Combine spices, oil and butter in a bowl. Add pumpkin and toss to coat. Place pumpkin in a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes, until cooked and golden. Serve.
