Ingredients
Spiced pumpkin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom pods
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 10 gram butter, melted
- 1/2 medium-sized jap pumpkin, skin on, seeded, chopped
Method
Spiced pumpkin

1Preheat oven to 220°C. Heat a frying pan on medium and dry roast spices for 1 minute, stirring.

2Combine spices, oil and butter in a bowl. Add pumpkin and toss to coat. Place pumpkin in a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes, until cooked and golden. Serve.
