Spinach couscous
  • 1 1/2 cup (300g) couscous
  • 1 1/2 cup (375ml) boiling water
  • 25 gram butter, chopped
  • 80 gram baby spinach leaves, finely shredded

Method

Spinach couscous

    Combine couscous with boiling water in large heatproof bowl, cover, stand for about 5 minutes or until water is absorbed, fluffing with fork occasionally.

    Stir in butter and spinach.
