Steak, mushrooms and hollandaise sauce
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 beef sirloin steaks
- 8 mushroom cups
- 46 gram packet hollandaise sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped tarragon
Method
Steak, mushrooms and hollandaise sauce

1Preheat a chargrill or barbecue plate to high. Combine olive oil and garlic in a small jug or jar.

2Brush steaks with oil, then drizzle remaining oil into each mushroom cup. Place steaks and mushrooms on chargrill. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side, until cooked to taste.

3Meanwhile, prepare hollandaise sauce according to packet directions. Stir in tarragon. Serve steaks with mushrooms and sauce.
