  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 beef sirloin steaks
  • 8 mushroom cups
  • 46 gram packet hollandaise sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped tarragon

Method

    Preheat a chargrill or barbecue plate to high. Combine olive oil and garlic in a small jug or jar.

    Brush steaks with oil, then drizzle remaining oil into each mushroom cup. Place steaks and mushrooms on chargrill. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side, until cooked to taste.

    Meanwhile, prepare hollandaise sauce according to packet directions. Stir in tarragon. Serve steaks with mushrooms and sauce.
