Ingredients
Sticky lamb and mushrooms with mash
- 1 kilogram brushed potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 650 gram mid-loin lamb chops, trimmed
- 200 gram cup mushrooms, quartered
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup hot milk
- salad leaves, to serve
Method
Sticky lamb and mushrooms with mash

1煮一锅沸腾的土豆,咸窟er 15-20 minutes, until tender.

2Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Fry chops 1-2 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate.

3In same pan, saute mushroom and onion 3-4 minutes, until tender.

4In a small jug, combine vinegar, mustard and sugar. Increase heat and add to mushroom mixture, stirring. Return chops to pan and cook 3-4 minutes.

5Drain potatoes. Mash well. Gradually add milk, stirring to a smooth consistency Season to taste

6Serve chops on a bed of mashed potato with mushroom sauce. Accompany with salad leaves.
