Ingredients

Stir-fried tofu with vegetables and lemon grass
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 400 gram firm tofu, cut into 1cm pieces
  • 4 small red capsicums (600g), sliced thinly
  • 1.2 kilogram baby buk choy, chopped coarsely
  • 2 x 10cm sticks (40g) finely chopped fresh lemon grass
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh coriander leaves

Method

    锅热油;炒豆腐,辣椒,鼓白菜, lemon grass and garlic until vegetables are just tender.

    Stir in coriander.

    Serve stir-fry with lemon wedges.
