Ingredients
Stir-fried tofu with vegetables and lemon grass
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 400 gram firm tofu, cut into 1cm pieces
- 4 small red capsicums (600g), sliced thinly
- 1.2 kilogram baby buk choy, chopped coarsely
- 2 x 10cm sticks (40g) finely chopped fresh lemon grass
- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh coriander leaves
Method
Stir-fried tofu with vegetables and lemon grass

1锅热油;炒豆腐,辣椒,鼓白菜, lemon grass and garlic until vegetables are just tender.

2Stir in coriander.

3Serve stir-fry with lemon wedges.
