Ingredients
Sweet chilli tuna open melt
- 2 turkish pide rolls, split
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 95 g cans sweet chilli tuna, drained, flaked
- 20 gram baby rocket leaves
Method
Sweet chilli tuna open melt

1Preheat an oven-grill to high. Place rolls on a baking tray. Grill until lightly toasted on both sides.

2Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the cheddar evenly over cut sides of rolls. Top with tomato, tuna, then remaining cheddar. Grill 4 minutes or until golden and cheese melts. Serve topped with rocket leaves.
Notes
To make your own sweet chilli tuna mixture, drain 2 x 185g cans tuna in spring water, then combine with sweet chilli sauce to taste. Swap canned pink or red salmon for tuna; price will vary.
