Tapenade
- 375 gram seeded kalamata olives
- 2 clove garlic
- 5 anchovies
- 2 tablespoon each of capers and lemon juice.
- 1/3 cup olive oil

Tapenade

1Process olives, garlic, anchovies, capers and lemon juice. Add olive oil; process until smooth. Serve with grissini.
