Ingredients

Tapenade
  • 375 gram seeded kalamata olives
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 5 anchovies
  • 2 tablespoon each of capers and lemon juice.
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Method

Tapenade

    Process olives, garlic, anchovies, capers and lemon juice. Add olive oil; process until smooth. Serve with grissini.
