Thyme vinaigrette
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon fresh lemon thyme leaves
  • 2 clove crushed garlic

Method

Thyme vinaigrette

    Place olive oil, white wine vinegar, thyme leaves, and garlic in a screwtop jar; shake well. Season to taste.

Notes

Serve with asparagus or beef, or as a salad dressing.
