Thyme vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon fresh lemon thyme leaves
- 2 clove crushed garlic
Method
Thyme vinaigrette

1Place olive oil, white wine vinegar, thyme leaves, and garlic in a screwtop jar; shake well. Season to taste.
Notes
Serve with asparagus or beef, or as a salad dressing.
