Ingredients

Tuna and corn pots
  • 425 gram can tuna in oil, drained, flaked
  • 310 gram can creamed corn
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
  • salad, to serve
  • crusty bread, to serve

Method

Tuna and corn pots

    Preheat grill to medium. Lightly grease 4 x 3/4-cup ramekins.

    Combine tuna, corn and onion in a bowl. Season to taste.

    Spoon mixture evenly into prepared ramekins. Arrange on a baking tray. Sprinkle each with cheese.

    Grill for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and heated through. Serve with salad and crusty bread.

Notes

If you don't have a grill, bake in a 200°C or 180°C fan-forced oven for 5-10 minutes.
