Ingredients
Tuna and corn pots
- 425 gram can tuna in oil, drained, flaked
- 310 gram can creamed corn
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
- salad, to serve
- crusty bread, to serve
Method
Tuna and corn pots

1Preheat grill to medium. Lightly grease 4 x 3/4-cup ramekins.

2Combine tuna, corn and onion in a bowl. Season to taste.

3Spoon mixture evenly into prepared ramekins. Arrange on a baking tray. Sprinkle each with cheese.

4Grill for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and heated through. Serve with salad and crusty bread.
Notes
If you don't have a grill, bake in a 200°C or 180°C fan-forced oven for 5-10 minutes.
