Ingredients

Tuna dip with witlof leaves
  • 425 gram can tuna in olive oil, drained and flaked
  • 250 gram tub extra-light sour cream
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoon shredded fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup pitted chopped green olives
  • 2 tablespoon drained chopped capers
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 bunches witlof, bases trimmed, leaves separated, to serve

Method

Tuna dip with witlof leaves

    Place tuna, sour cream, garlic, dill, basil, olives and capers in bowl of food processor. Process until combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
