Ingredients
Turkey, brie and cranberry aioli finger sandwiches
- 1/2 cup whole egg mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
- 12 slice white bread
- 350 gram shaved turkey breast
- 200 gram brie, cut into 5mm-thick slices
- 125 gram mustard seed sprouts or alfalfa sprouts
- cracked black pepper
Method
Turkey, brie and cranberry aioli finger sandwiches

1Place mayonnaise and cranberry sauce in a bowl; stir to combine.

2Spread a thin layer over each slice of bread, all the way to the edges.

3Top 6 pieces of bread with turkey, brie slices and sprouts. Season with cracked black pepper. Top with remaining bread.

4Remove crusts of each sandwich; slice into 3 fingers in the same direction as the slices of brie.

5Place on a platter and serve.
