Turkey quesadillas

Ingredients

Turkey quesadillas
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/3 cup (130g) red pepper tapenade
  • 250 gram vintage cheddar cheese, sliced thinly
  • 400 gram thinly sliced roast turkey
  • 80 gram baby spinach leaves
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Method

Notes

Instead of tortillas, you could use the filling and put it between lavash, pitta or pide before pressing.
