Ingredients
Turkey quesadillas
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1/3 cup (130g) red pepper tapenade
- 250 gram vintage cheddar cheese, sliced thinly
- 400 gram thinly sliced roast turkey
- 80 gram baby spinach leaves
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Method
Turkey quesadillas

Instead of tortillas, you could use the filling and put it between lavash, pitta or pide before pressing.
