  • 3 small bananas, chopped
  • 1 cup (250ml) tropical punch fruit drink
  • 1 cup (280g) low-fat vanilla yogurt

Method

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Notes

You can use low-fat ice-cream instead of yogurt in these smoothies.
