Ingredients
Vegetable stir-fry
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 300 gram tatsoi
- 500 gram choy sum, cut into short lengths
- 1 punnet baby corn
- 1 punnet snow peas, trimmed
- 1/2 cup (125ml) sweet and sour sauce
- 2 teaspoon sambal oelek
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
Method
Vegetable stir-fry

1Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan-on medium. Stir-fry garlic and ginger until aromatic.

2Add vegetables, sauce and sambal oelek and stir-fry for 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender but crisp.

3Add coriander and stir-fry for another 30 seconds. Serve.
Notes
Sambal oelek is a salty paste made from chillies, garlic and ginger. It is Indonesia in origin and available in Asian section of supermarkets.
